Wet Processing Systems
For over 25 years the people at MicroTech have designed, manufactured and
supported automated, semi-automated and manual wet stations for the
semiconductor, biomedical, data storage and other high technology
applications worldwide.
MicroTech has grown in response to the needs of their customers; who expect
intelligent engineering and cost effective manufacturing expertise.
MicroTech has the experience to offer smart alternatives and robust
manufacturing solutions.
Chemical Distribution Systems
For the past 15 years, the engineers at MicroTech have been engaged in the design,
manufacture and sale of chemical distribution and mix-blend systems
worldwide. Today, MicroTech offers a patented gravity-feed chemical
distribution technology known as GalileoTM. This system requires no pumps
or vacuum; no moving parts or methods that can change the properties of the
chemicals being distributed and mixed. Even shock-sensitive CMP slurries
are effectively distributed using the field-tested Galileo Technology. Our
patented mix-blend technology blends dilute solutions of HF accurately and
consistently.
On-site Services
Upgrading and refurbishing of any wet process and chemical distribution systems at the customer's site, which
includes software updates, hardware upgrades, etc.
Customer's Satisfaction
