Theory of Operation
Microtech's Mix/Blend systems provide accurate and repeatable blending of high purity chemicals and slurry for a variety of applications. The Mix/Blend systems utilizes our patented "Fixed-wier vessel" to measure volume. The two predetermined volumes are gravity-fed through a mixer and then into a recirculating day tank. The day-tank feeds the mixed chemicals, by gravity, to the underlying pressure vessels. The pressure vessels distribute the mixed chemical to points of use and back to the day tank to keep mixed.
