Process Steps

• Drying (Heated DI Slow Pull and Air Knife)

Advanced Process Options

• Additional process baths available for further texturing
• Have option for either and both HF/HNO3 texturing, KOH/IPA, or NaOH
• Texturing bath must end with a SC-1, PV-160 bath (ECN)
• Hydrophilic surface is required for phosphorus doping
