Systems are manufactured under Class 1000 clean room conditions. Parts inventory are double-bagged for protection. Factory end-tests are conducted under Class 100 clean room conditions.
The availability definition will follow SEMI E10-92 guidelines. The availability will be supplier dependent uptime, per section 4.3.2 of the SEMI E10-92 guidelines.
The system is considered down if any component of the system would render the system not production worthy. Downtime shall begin when MicroTech or its representative is notified of the problem. After notification, MicroTech or its representative will determine the best course of action.
