MicroTech service technicians will set-up and provide training for your team anywhere in the world.
Drains, exhaust, process nitrogen (N2) and non-process compressed air hook-ups and size specifications will be provided according to the MicroTech specification in the Pre-Installation Manual. The customer will be responsible for all facilitation and for notifying MicroTech two weeks prior to the requested installation date.
Within 30 days of receipt of the purchase order, MicroTech will contact the customer to review the facilities specifications. At least seven days prior to agreed-upon equipment installation date, MicroTech will contact the customer to ensure that the facilities meet the requirements as set forth in this document.
Transportation of the equipment from the delivery vehicle to its permanent operational site and the hook up to various utility services are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer will supply all test and dummy wafers as documented in the specification and the tools required for measuring process performance.
