Customer site training

During the startup and acceptance period, MicroTech will train customer support personnel at customer facility on the routine operation and use of the system, preventive maintenance, and general safety precautions.

MicroTech also offers training programs for support personnel at the MicroTech facilities in Fremont, California. This training includes operation, regular preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs.

For warranty purposes, training and certification must be completed within 30 days of shipment of the machine unless the customer already has certified MicroTech equipment support personnel on-site.

During the startup and acceptance period, MicroTech will train customer process engineers and technicians at the customer site. This training will include routine operation of the system, programming, typical process sequences, and general safety precautions.
